Shipping
When will I receive my order?
PRE-ORDERS
Please note that for special releases or pre-orders, there may be a longer processing time as the pre-order window must be complete before the turnaround time begins.
REGULAR ORDERS
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after the order has been processed.
We will provide you a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do you ship to Guam?
Yes! You don’t need to have your friend in the states order for you this time. At check out, just change the COUNTRY from United States to Guam. (Yeah… we know…it bugs us too!) But don’t worry, we got you!
How can I track my order?
We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped so you can start stalking your mail person.
What are the shipping options?
Most orders are sent via USPS First Class, Priority Mail or International and will depend on destination.
International orders will incur a $12 shipping charge so that we can ensure we can provide you with a tracking number.
Returns and Exchanges
What is the return/exchange policy?
To start a return, you can contact us at hi@ohmagoddai.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURNS
We accept returns in exchange for STORE CREDIT up to 14 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping cost to return your item. Shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Some items are part of a special release and there are limited quantities so we are unable to guarantee that we will an exact item left. In those cases, we can offer store credit that can be used for other items in stock or saved for a future release.

Who are you?
We are Supah Secret but most of you may know us as that guy that posts on @NEEKO.D.SGNR and the brand behind the Hafa Stay shirts. We got more dope stuff to come but you’re just going to have to wait for that supah secret ohmagoddai drop.
Where are you located?
We are located in San Diego, California but our roots are in Guam. If you’re ever in the area, hit us up!
